For Review I was oh so fortunate to be set a few of their products to try out. I was sent the Daily Make-Up Remover with Banana Extract and Breeze, their Certified Anti-Aging/Anti-Oxidant Cream 

Both my daughter and I like to wear make-up, and one thing we both know is the importance of taking your make-up off to avoid blemishes and break-outs. eaurganic is a wonderful product to use. The pump makes getting the right amount on your cottomn pad easy and this product also smells product and it works very well.  This make-up remover, removes all make up from mascara to foundation.

These are an excellent alternative Eco-friendly high-performance diaper.  Overall I really liked how well these diapers absorbed.  With no leaks they performed well at night and after playing.  The biggest thing I noticed was how long Emma stayed dry.  The best part,  they are all natural , with no chemicals to harm her skin.  This is a brand I know I will be looking to purchase again and I would recommend Nature Babycare diapers. Being reasonable priced they make a great addition to ones diaper stash.

They of course love it.   I like that on the other side of each card  contains an explanation of how the baby’s brain benefits from each activity. Even Bubble Wrap Walking!!!

Zuchini Lasagna 

It was Lyndsey from Tiny Skillet's turn this week to make the pick for Martha Mondays at Martha and Me.  Lyndsey picked an awesome zucchini lasagna.  Yes, that's what the glob in the picture above is.  Zucchini lasagna.  And it's TOTALLY awesome.  I know my picture makes it look like something the cat regurgitated but this lasagna is SO creamy and delicious.  And beyond easy to make. 

I was thrilled when I saw the pick this week and even more thrilled when I had my first bite.  Heaven!  I also liked the fact it made an 8 x 8 pan instead of the usual 13 x 9.  I don't have a big fridge/freezer so I don't have a lot of room for leftovers.  Not that there were any leftovers.  My daughter, Elizabeth, came over last night and between all of us, we ate this entire lasagna.  It's that good.  I was a little worried over the fact there's no sauce though.  I wasn't sure how that was going to go over with everyone.  I almost heated up some marinara sauce to have on the side and I'm glad I didn't bother.  This lasagna was just perfect as is.  Different from your standard lasagna which usually has meat and tomato sauce, etc. but wonderful in it's own right. 

This came together in literally minutes.  The only change I made was I already had an open box of whole-wheat lasagna noodles in my cupboard so I used those instead of the no-boil kind.  I only boiled them for 5 minutes though and they came out perfect once the lasagna was baked.  Other than that, I followed the recipe as written (with some extra garlic and oregano).

I already can't wait to make this cheesy, creamy, delicious lasagna again.

Zucchini Lasagna
Printer-Friendly Version

olive oil, for baking dish
8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, room temperature
1 container (15 ounces) part-skim ricotta cheese
coarse salt and ground pepper
2 medium zucchini (8 ounces each) halved lengthwise, then sliced thinly crosswise
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp. dried oregano
6 no-boil lasagna noodles
1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 425F.  Lightly oil an 8-inch square baking dish; set aside.

In a medium bowl, stir together cream cheese and ricotta; season with salt and pepper.  In another medium bowl, combine zucchini, garlic, and oregano; season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine.

Spread 1/3 zucchini mixture in prepared baking dish; top with two lasagna noodles, then 1/3 ricotta mixture.  Repeat twice with remaining zucchini mixture, noodles, and ricotta mixture, finishing with the ricotta mixture.  Sprinkle with mozzarella.

Cover baking dish with aluminum foil; bake until bubbly and noodles are tender, 30 to 35 minutes.  Remove foil; bake until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes more.  Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Serves 4.

Eco Pocket Diapers come in a variety of beautiful colors. The Cherry red we received  is so Vibrant and even after a number of washes it looks fantastic!! 

The Snaps make for great adjustability for both the tummy and the thigh,
and with the One Size Pocket Diaper you can also adjust the rise! Snaps also eliminate velcro diaper chains!  They also do not cause damage in the wash, so your diapers stay looking brand new for a very long time!

The high quality microfleece they use is known for it's durability as well as it's ease for cleanup - "stuff" doesn't stick to it!  Because both the outer fabric and the microfleece are both knits, they are both stretchy, making the fit feel like a nice hug, and makes for a snug fit that prevents leaks!   

They only use Lastin (latex free swimwear elastic) in Snap-EZ diapers as it is so gentle on baby legs!  This was developed for salt water swimwear, and is so durable that we back our elastic with a 2 year replacement warrantee! Overall this is a wonderful and easy diaper to use.  It fits Emma really well and looks really trim on her.  The real test came over night and Emma did not leak through at all. I used a Microfibre insert with a small doubler and it worked very well.  A bonus as this working mom needs sleep.   I actually found all my inserts worked fine with this diaper.
